Crown Jewel Hair ships within the US (including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses), and to Canada, Australia, the European Union and many other countries throughout the world.
All orders are processed on the same day if purchased during business hours Monday-Friday before 1pm EST. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please note that some orders require shipping and billing verification. Delay in response will cause a delay in shipment. Any and all custom fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Any error in shipping address made by the customer during the checkout process and shipped the assumed responsibility of the customer. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
